The Jagels Building

Dedicated in 1964, the Jagels Building is named for Margaret Jagels and her late husband, George Jagels. For more than 40 years, the Jagels name has been a part of CGU history. George Jagels was a trustee of CGU and began his affiliation with the Claremont colleges consortium in 1959 when he joined the council for the Claremont Colleges and the Board of Fellows for Claremont University Center. Margaret Jagels is a long-time supporter of the University and has been actively involved in the formative efforts of the School of Religion's Catholic Studies Council. A portrait of the Jagels hangs in the lobby of the building, which is located on the corner of Tenth Street and Dartmouth Avenue on the campus of Claremont Graduate University.

Over the years, the Jagels Building has served as the home for the administration of the now Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management, including a small business management library, the Prosser Library. Since 1998, the building has been the home of the Advancement Offices, including the Office of Alumni and Donor Relations.

All alumni are welcome to visit the Jagels Building and the alumni offices. To set up an appointment to meet with the staff of the alumni office, phone 909-607-7149 or e-mail
